Sally went to the Bridge to join her sister. Godspeed little one.
Sally and her sister Sadie were pulled from a downstate pound, and
were enroute to IAMRA, when Sadie died. She died of Parvo. Sally was
taken immediately to our vet, where she is being treated. These poor
poor souls. Not only did they have parvo, but both were pregnant, and
emaciated - nothing more than skeletons with fur. And they are only
about 8-9 months old. They were the 'last of a litter' dumped by their
"breeder'.
