Spay/Neuter and Microchip Sponsor
Each Alaskan Malamute has a modest adoption fee which covers some of the expenses of the dog. Because many of the Malamutes we rescue require extended veterinary and foster care before they can be offered for adoption, we are unable to recoup all of the expenses incurred. Therefore we rely heavily on the generous donations of our friends and fellow Alaskan Malamute fanciers.

Choose the dog you are interested in helping out. A monthly donation of $20 will sponsor a malamute. We will respond by listing you on our website as the dogs' sponsor, and also send you a picture via email of your sponsored dog. We could also set up a visit with your sponsor dog if you wish.
For a one time donation of $100, you can be a spay/neuter sponsor. We will list you on our website as the spay/neuter sponsor for the dog, and send you a picture via email of your sponsored dog.
For a one time donation of $35, you can be a microchip sponsor. We will list you on our website as the microchip sponsor for the dog, and send you a picture via email of your sponsored dog.
We try our best to keep all of our dogs in foster homes and not in kennels, where they don't get the same love and attention that all dogs need. Unfortunately, we have more dogs than foster care homes. Foster care can range from a few weeks to a few months, depending upon the adoption rate and the amount of time that a foster home can give. Please call us for details. This makes such a big difference to a dog who needs love.
We always need monetary and food donations to help out our general population in kennels and foster care homes. Monetary donations also help to pay the veterinary bills. IAMRA is a 501c3 non profit corporation. Donations can be made, via cash, check, or paypal. Please email us for further details. Other items we are always in need of are Heartgard (heartworm preventative), frontline (flea/tick preventative). And the dog really love treats....big rawhide bones and pig ears are among their favorites.
